A 50-year-old stabbing victim walked into a McDonald's establishment in Jamaica with a knife still lodged in his bloody back, according to reports.
The shocking scene occurred at around 10 a.m. this morning, according to WCBS 2. Witnesses say he and two other men got into a fight about a block away from the establishment at 91st Ave and Sutphin Boulevard, then walked into the fast-food restaurant after suffering a serious stab wound.
“Everybody was standing there to make sure he didn’t fall backwards on the knife,” one witness said to WCBS 2. “He was on the phone, I’m pretty sure he was on the phone talking to somebody in his family or a loved one, he was talking to them and telling them it might be the last time he’s speaking to them, he just wanted them to hear his voice.”
The unidentified man was transported to Jamaica Hospital in serious condition. Another witness told the Daily News he believed the fight was drug-related, and may have had to do with a recent robbery. "As you can see, the strip is filled with crackheads, so it has to do with that," he told the tabloid.
