A Long Island man was arrested last night for randomly shooting at cars with a pellet gun from an apartment in Smithtown. WABC reports that the man shot at two moving vehicles from an apartment with "three men and a 20-month-old baby" inside. After a brief police standoff the shooter emerged with the two other men, and was quickly tasered for resisting the police, who say he was drunk. The cops also retrieved the baby, who presumably belonged to a dad who got stuck with day care during Car Snipin' Tuesday.
