Remember: Just because you hate your ex doesn't mean you should post naked pictures of your ex online! That's the lesson a NJ man is learning.
Bayonne police charged Brandon Carangelo, 20, with invasion of privacy for "upload[ing] ten naked photographs of (name omitted) to the Internet without her consent" on or about Oct. 3," according to the Jersey Journal. Additionally: someone 'commits a crime of the third degree if, knowing that he is not licensed or privileged to do so, he discloses any photograph, film, videotape, recording or any other reproduction of the image of another person whose intimate parts are exposed or who is engaged in' sex."
Carangelo, who claimed his ex-girlfriend sent him the photos, could face up to five years in prison if convicted, but there's also "a presumption of non-incarceration for first-time offenders." In other words, DON'T DO IT AGAIN.
