Police say a 27-year-old man died after he reportedly jumped in the Central Park Reservoir yesterday.

Authorities responded to a 911 call about a man in the water at the reservoir near Central Park West and W. 90th Street just after 1 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bronx resident was transported to St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police say the man was "seen going into the water." No criminality is suspected.
