The man accused of attacking a Brooklyn deli worker who wasn't making his bagel sandwich order quickly enough (in his opinion) has been arrested, police say.

On November 25th, at 4:30 a.m., a customer got upset with a worker at Hi Mango Natural Market, located at 1055 Flushing Avenue in Williamsburg. Police say that he got into a dispute with the employee, and the argument "escalated into a physical altercation, at which time the male threw merchandise at the employee striking him about the head and torso causing bruising and swelling."

The customer screamed, "Make my cinnamon raisin toasted bagel with bacon, egg and cheese RIGHT NOW! Right f---king now! Make my s--t right now!"

The employee, who suffered minor injuries, told NBC New York that he had informed the man there were other customers ahead of him and the order could take 5-10 minutes. Nevertheless, "he just kept throwing stuff at my head," Patel said, recalling that he had "a bag of bread, a computer tablet, a metal stand lying on the counter and a hand basket" thrown at him.

The NY Post reports that the NYPD Warrant Squad arrested Edilberto Burgos, 24, on Thursday. Burgos, who was charged with assault and menacing, is due in court today.
