A NJ man was arrested for making a series of calls to 911 and the local police. The man claimed he was the "president" and wanted to talk to Jets off-season acquisition Tim Tebow.
The 28-year-old man made three calls to 911 on June 10, but didn't say whether he had an emergency. Then he called Hopatcong police. The AP reports, "Police went to his home to make sure there was no emergency. The man's mother met officers at the door and allowed them inside, where they searched for the man but could not find him."
Finally, "After getting the mother's permission to search her bedroom, the man was found inside her closet, hiding under some pillows."
The young man was charged with creating false public alarm. Well, at least he wasn't calling about his sandwich... right?
