A 24-year-old lifeguard was sexually assaulted during her shift at Rockaway Beach yesterday.

According to A Walk in the Park, Terrell Webb, 51, allegedly approached the lifeguard at her station near 116th Street around 10 a.m. as she was finishing up some exercises. Webb apparently spoke to the guard briefly before reaching out to rub her genitals.

The lifeguard immediately reported the incident to a Parks Department maintenance worker, who contacted Park Enforcement Patrol and the NYPD.

Webb was arrested shortly thereafter and taken to the 100th Precinct, where he was charged with forcible touching. He will be arraigned on Thursday, and if convicted, faces up to three months in jail, according the Queens District Attorney.

Webb has been charged with various crimes in the past, including a $50 fine in July for illegally pouring liquid.
