A Tribeca landlord is suing an artist who allegedly rents out her two-bedroom loft on Airbnb and lives in a condo she owns in the East Village.

Eileen Hickey-Hulme, whose art was featured in the film Eat Pray Love, allegedly made $250/night, $1,750 a week, or $4,500/month renting out the apartment she pays $1,463/month for, according to a copy of the lawsuit obtained by the Daily News.

"She ran a hotel," the attorney for the landlord told the paper.

The 67-year-old artist moved into the apartment 40 years ago. She told an interviewer a few years ago that she spends a lot of time in the Hamptons.

Airbnb recently agreed to comply with a subpoena from the New York Attorney General's Office for the records of its renters, some of whom can apparently afford to have three residences.
