The L train is running with heavy delays this morning after a person fell onto the tracks near Union Square. FDNY says the incident happened just before 9 a.m. when a person fell onto the roadbed of the L train at 14th Street and 3rd Avenue. They have been taken to Bellevue Hospital in unknown condition.
