Dun Dun Dunst! James Jimenez has been found guilty of burglary and trespassing. He was convicted by a Manhattan jury earlier today after a star-studded retrial centered around some stolen goods from a SoHo Grand suite back in 2007.

The suite was being used as a greenroom for some of the cast and crew of How to Lose Friends & Alienate People, and both Kirsten Dunst and Simon Pegg found some personal items missing after Jimenez and Jarrod Beinerman (already behind bars) were there. Scratch that, that Balenciaga bag filled with weed was Dunst's assistants's, because the starlet swore under oath that she doesn't touch the stuff. She also swore those Jimenez and Beinerman—the latter a known drug dealer—didn't get in to the highly guarded suite because they were invited to deliver some treats for the wrap party.

Now Jimenez faces up to 15 years, but his mother said, "I don't care what I have to do. If I have to go bankrupt, I will go bankrupt. But I will prove my son is innocent."
