Coney Island sideshow operator John Strong is still battling to get the former 5-legged-dog back from the nice lady who saved her from a life in freakshow hell. The dog underwent a bit of a rush operation when Strong announced he planned on taking a legal route to get her back; later he expressed his desire to reattach the leg. It doesn't get much freakier than this guy! And now the Daily News reports that the showdown will be aired on Fox, of course.

TV Judge (and former Westchester DA) Jeanine Pirro will decide if Strong is entitled to the $4,000 he wants from the original owner, Calvin Owensby—but he told producers "I didn't really care about the money. I just want to get the dog back." He feels as if he wins on the show, he'll have a greater chance at this, but Owensby (who returned Strong's original $1,000 deposit) says, "He ain't got no case. We didn't sign a contract."

The show airs on September 21st. In the meantime, maybe Strong wants to redeem himself by saving this poor 3-legged pup a homeless man had to give up.
