Don't get us wrong: we love us some Jimmy McMillan. He looks like Papa Smurf, he has awesome music videos, and a connoisseurs eye for gloves. Hell, we've had no evidence that there is anyone in the Rent Is Too Damn High Party besides him, so he really is a one-man political wrecking crew. But now, Jimmy may be taking it a bit too far by suing the Board of Elections for taking the word "damn" off of his ballot 2006 and 2009.

Jimmy, who'll be acting as his own attorney of course, told reporters, "I want the Board of Elections to pay for the years that they stripped us from the ballot -- to pay us money damages. They really broke our party up." The election board said the decision was not made because any offensive word, but rather because the name was too long to fit on the ballot. Which is why it was shortened to "Rent is 2 Damn High Party" this year. According to Daily Intel, Jimmy has always had a complicated relationship with the board:

I would love to put on my website that the Board of Elections can suck my dick, I would love to do that, but I got little children going to my website, I can't do it, the motherfuckers. I would love to, before every one of them go to bed at night, suckin' my damn dick. That's what I'd love to put on my website. Every fuckin' one of them, you know.

But the biggest piece of news: Jimmy may run as a Democrat next year!
