The swank Borgata hotel and casino in Atlantic City was the target of a brazen jewel heist last night, right in the midst of the joint's lavish 10th Anniversary party. According to the Atlantic City police, the team of three made off with a significant haul during a smash-and-grab job at the casino's jewelry store. The heist went down at approximately 8:45 p.m., during a Borgata birthday concert headlined by The Roots, Stash SLASH, and funnyman Aziz Ansari.

A Borgata spokesperson could not confirm the exact amount that was taken from the store, but police sources tell the Associated Press that approximately $500,000 worth of jewelry was stolen. The hotel spokesperson did confirm that none of the assailants were armed and no one was harmed during the incident. According to investigators, the men fled the store on foot before taking off in a dark-colored vehicle. We're guessing they went their separate ways after silently watching the Caesar's "Water Show" together.
