On my way back from Mamoun's Falafel this beautiful warm afternoon, I saw a poster stuck on a lampost on Houston Street. It was handwritten and xeroxed and had those little tabs at the bottom with a phone number to be torn off. The author of the poster seemed to be the mother of Chan Rodriguez, who recently pled guilty to shooting a man in the face last April. His mother maintains his innocence and "did not understand why he would plead guilty" since she believes he was not the shooter. Her poster requested any assistance in finding the real shooter.

A couple of the tabs had been ripped off, so good luck Mrs. Rentas.
