Going to the 59th Street-Lexington Avenue station? Try to stay out of the tracks, m'kay? Lately they seem to be a human-magnet. Last week a woman fell in and survived three subway cars rolling over her (she fell in the trough between the tracks) and yesterday another man found himself in the tracks at the same station. Granted, he was running from the cops...

Around 2 p.m. yesterday 39-year-old Alberto Gonzalez was running from police officers in the station and saw a great place to hide. Underneath an uptown 6 train. Genius, right? Except when the train started moving and smacked Gonzalez upside the head. He was quickly aprehended and taken to the hospital where he is now in stable condition.

And why was Gonzalez running from the police? Because when they'd seen him acting suspiciously and asked if he had anything on him a clip just happened to fall out of his pocket, inspiring him to flee. The NYPD recovered a handgun at the scene.
