1010WINS reports that $56,000 (street value) worth of heroin was seized from a shipment at JFK Airport. Described as a "garment sample," "The shipment arrived Tuesday from Ghaziabad, India and was destined for Detroit, Michigan. Wooden hangers found in the shipment were examined and a white powdery substance found in them tested positive for heroin, officials said." This is not as impressive as the $22 million worth of heroin that was molded into furniture, but it's on par with hiding it in the soles of flip-flops.
