Brooklynites looking to take the train this weekend might want to reconsider their options—it is going to be one of those weekends. The MTA has lots of work planned—including another shut down of the L between Broadway Junction and 8th Ave.

The MTA has planned disruptions on 13 lines this weekend, specifically on the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, D, F, G, L, M, N, Q and S lines. Besides the f'ing L, there wil be no 2 trains between Manhattan and Brooklyn and no 3 trains between 14th Street and New Lots Ave (the 5 will be replacing the 2 and the 4 will be replacing the 3). Oh, and also? The N train will be terminating at DeKalb and then will run on the D track from 36th Street to Stillwell Avenue. You can more details on this weekend's train delays on mta.info. Forewarned is forearmed.
