Two people were wounded when a gunman, who was riding a Citi Bike, opened fire on a Brooklyn street earlier this month, and now the NYPD has released video of the suspect.

According to the NYPD, the incident took place around 10:24 p.m. on June 7th in Bedford-Stuyvesant: The suspect was riding a Citi Bike eastbound on Lexington Avenue at Tompkins Avenue when he "proceeded to display a firearm, which he discharged towards the victims approximately six times."

A 24-year-old man was struck in the right foot while a 23-year-old woman was hit in her right leg. EMS took them to an area hospital in stable condition.

The 79th Precinct is just a block from the site of the shooting; there have been 18 shootings, and 22 victims, in the precinct this year through June 16 (PDF).

The NY Post reports it's not clear if the victims were the intended target.

The suspect was last seen wearing a dark colored baseball cap, a white T-shirt, white sneakers, and blue jeans.
