While Punxsutawney Phil said there would be more winter, Staten Island's Chuck (Charles G. Hog) says spring will come, so of course Gothamist will go with the New Yorker's perspective. Chuck's handler, Doug Schwartz, told NY1, "Out of all the groundhogs, hes probably the best. Hes certainly the one in the best physical condition, so he could take on all those other groundhogs."
