Celebrity divorce lawyer Raoul Felder told WCBS 2 that the State Senate's approval of no-fault divorce was terrible, "I think it's wrong, at the wrong time and it makes victims of the wrong people. It allows any man, a rich man usually, older man, to dump his wife for a new model. … You'll have more trouble getting out of a contract with the 'Book of the Month' club than you will get to get out of a marriage." Felder, who has represented Rudy Giuliani in his divorce from second wife Donna Hanover, added, "Divorce is not supposed to be a substitute for what Cole Porter called 'fighting the old ennui, boredom.' It's not a divorce for people who want to have disposable relationships."
