Supermodel Gisele Bundchen is not satisfied with only having the world know that she's a gorgeous, rich, 30-year-old with NFL star quarterback Tom Brady between her thighs... but she's also immune to childbirth pains and has some very big ideas about "worldwide law." As one might imagine, this is just pissing off regular moms with regular husbands, standard bank accounts, and meh cheekbones.

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar UK, Bundchen made a comment about how “some people here think they don’t have to breastfeed, and I think, ‘Are you going to give chemical food to your child, when they are so little?’ There should be a worldwide law, in my opinion, that mothers should breastfeed their babies for six months.” Models: they have opinions too! But over at the NY Post, a bitter-sounding Mandy Stadtmiller fires off a missive about the model's comments—calling her "the world’s most sanctimonious supermommy" and asking her to STFU please.

More surprisingly, however, Bundchen—who later apologized for the remarks— managed to slightly anger the breastfeeding advocacy group La Leche League International! Their executive director says, “One mother doesn’t have to be wrong so that another mother can be right. There are lots of choices out there for women, and La Leche League respects those choices.” She also pointed out that the model has never contacted the group to help out in their efforts. Which means there's probably a pretty good shot Bundchen won't be in charge of any "worldwide law" anytime soon. But one Manhattan mom wondered what would happen if she was, posing this question on strollerderby.com: “What about women who can’t breastfeed? Should they go to jail?
