A Brooklyn Foot Locker employee has been busted for filming a former coworker in the shoe store's restroom.

21-year-old Danny Martinez, looking rankled in this stellar Daily News photo, confessed to filming his former colleague, 23-year-old Jackie Rico, while she used the Bath Beach store's restroom last week.

Rico was no longer an employee of the store at the time of the incident, but nevertheless knew Martinez from her time there. No sooner had she entered the primarily employees-only restroom when this happened: "As she unbuttoned her pants, she noticed a 'blinking thingy' on a shelf, hiding behind a dragon figurine that was once handed out with a McDonald’s Happy Meal," reports the tabloid. The blinking thingy was apparently an Android set to record. "She turned the camera off then went to the supervisor at the store, knowing the Android phone must belong to Martinez, whom she noticed leaving the bathroom before she went in."

In addition to Rico, cops discovered Martinez had also been hoarding pervy footage of one other woman. He admitted to the crime, and has been arraigned on two counts of unlawful surveillance, and was released on $1,000 bail. But no worries, female shoppers—he says he won't do it again.
