This will be a short and sweet weather report because there's not a whole lot happening out there. An upper level low that is setting the stage for much warmer weather will pass well south and east of the city tonight. Before that happens we are stuck with easterly winds that will keep today to the lower 60s under mostly cloudy, but unthreatening, skies.

The wind will start coming out of the southeast tomorrow as the disturbance moves out to sea, warming us to the upper 60s. We can't totally rule out the chance for a scattered shower Saturday afternoon, but it is not likely to happen.

High pressure on the ground supported by an upper level ridge brings the warm weather on Sunday. Look for sunny skies and a high in the upper 70s. More sun is expected on Monday and it is looking like we'll hit 80 degrees. Tuesday is shaping up to be just as warm but it will also be our next chance at rain. In fact, warmer weather, with highs in the 70s, is expected all next week.
