Firefighters are still fighting a six-alarm fire on Stewart Avenue in Brooklyn. The fire was first reported yesterday evening at a "one-story furniture warehouse," and more than 200 firefighters worked to put the blaze out. Even though the fire is apparently "officially knocked down," the FDNY expects that there will be some parts fire still burning tomorrow.
1010 WINS reports that 19 firefighters were injured. The FDNY is investigating the cause of the fire.
