An FBI agent's assault weapon and his bulletproof vest were stolen along with his car outside his house in Queens. A spokeswoman for the FBI declined to comment, but law enforcement sources told the Daily News that the agent had his car stolen from near his Ozone Park home at around 8 p.m. last night, with the M-4 assault rifle and the vest in the trunk. An NYPD spokeswoman says the car has not been located.

Last July the same agent, who is not named in the Daily News' or the Post's reports, shot at two men as they attempted to break into his Lexus sedan. One of the men was hit in the back but did not suffer life-threatening injuries. The Queen's DA declined to press charges against the agent, and it's unclear whether the agent followed the FBI's policy for use of deadly force.
