The family of a man killed by cops during a Cypress Hills bar brawl are alleging a police coverup. The brother of a man was shot and killed by undercover cops is demanding that the NYPD release surveillance video that allegedly shows the 43-year-old Kevin White pointing a gun at officers moments before his death.

"They made a mistake, and now they're covering it up," said Louis White, 36, who wasn't at the bar at the time of the shooting, but heard from witnesses that his brother was putting down a .357 magnum he had just wrestled away from another gunman when a plainclothes officer shot him in the neck.

Police Commissioner Ray Kelly has said the security tapes show White - who had served jail time in the past and had a long arrest record including multiple weapons charges — pointing a firearm at police. He said it is unclear from the tape if White had fired the gun before he was shot.

But White's cousin, retired NYPD detective Detective Derek Wright, told the Post that witnesses saw the former bodyguard for Mariah Carey, Jay Z and Sean Combs attempting to drop the gun before he was shot, adding, "My cousin wasn't an angel. He spent a lot of time in jail. But in the last couple of years, he'd been getting his life together."
