I just moved to an apartment serviced by a staggering four subway lines, only one of which stops running on weekends and none of which decide to become other lines or skip my stop altogether. It's a magnificent thing that I didn't know existed in this city of Cs that become Fs and Ns that become Ds, and I'll be spending this weekend celebrating my liberation from B trains that vanish and A trains that break their promise of running local. But alas, there are still a fair share of subway changes in effect this weekend—11, to be precise—and on top of that, the coming days look like they'll be some of our hottest to date this year. Get ready to sweat it out!
