An off-duty correction officer allegedly began waving his gun at an Irish Pub in Inwood when the bar owner declined to give him a free Coors Lite—a $4.50 value!

Kirby Mannix, owner of The Liffey II Bar, told the Daily News that 38-year-old Manuel Peralta declared himself an undercover cop "on the job" while waving his weapon and screaming "I have a gun!" Just like Training Day.

Despite all this, Peralta was not arrested, and Mannix contends that officers told him they didn't "think a crime was committed." Peralta denies pulling a gun, and the case is currently under investigation.
