Earlier today, Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke said the country should think about another stimulus package, "With the economy likely to be weak for several quarters, and with some risk of a protracted slowdown, consideration of a fiscal package by the Congress at this juncture is appropriate." But investors are hopeful, now, too: Dawson Wealth Management's Joe Heider told CNBC, "I think one of the most encouraging signs, is is a loosening up of the credit market. We're actually recommending to our clients that now is a good time to go back into the equity markets in a broad, diversified fashion."
