2008_10_nysp.jpgA Massachusetts resident was arrested for DWI twice in one night upstate. The talent involved such a feat first involved Joseph Kelley heading to the NY State Police headquarters in Millbrook, NY, to ask for directions--only for police to find his blood alcohol double the legal limit at 0.17. After arresting and processing him, the AP reports troopers sent him "to sleep it off at a hotel" but "Kelley made the cabbie stop at an ATM to get money for the fare, and ran back to the parking lot and took his SUV." Classic! He was then pulled over in Stanford, with a blood alcohol of 0.14 and now has a court date tomorrow.
