Approximately 40 people were seen climbing on top of the Brooklyn Bridge on Saturday afternoon. From a distance, it looked like the climbers were being confronted by police helicopter and boats—but it turned out to be cops participating in a drill.
"That's our guys doing training," an NYPD spokesperson told Gothamist.
