For the second time in the last few months, a tourist has been arrested for casually scaling the Brooklyn Bridge during the day. A masked and hooded French tourist, whom the News has identified as Jonathon Souid, was arrested around 12:30 p.m. on Sunday.

The camera-toting foreigner climbed over a fence on the pedestrian walkway of the bridge and then walked up a beam on the Manhattan-bound side. He was arrested without incident, and will likely face criminal trespass charges.

Back in August, 24-year-old Yaroslav Kolchin was arrested for climbing up the Bridge to take a selfie. Before that, on July 22nd, the American flags atop the two towers were replaced with white flags (thankfully not a bomb or a comb) by some German artists. New barriers were placed on the Bridge to prevent any more curious tourists from wandering up in September.
