The big winner in yesterday's midterm elections was, obviously, Money, which dominated races nationwide. Daily Show correspondents Jason Jones and Samantha Bee reported live on the stunning defeat that Money dealt Ideas, which "didn't put up much of a fight, appeared in very few ads, and certainly didn't show up in any debates." It's funny because it's true and laughing is better than crying?

Following the funny money segment, Stewart interviewed an ebullient Reince Priebus, chairman of the Republican National Committee, asking him, "For six years, [Republicans] have been in an oppositional position, trying to stop anything. Is it going to be hard to do things?" Priebus, of course, blamed Obama for the GOP's obstructionism, and took the opportunity to demand the president's signature on the Keyspan pipeline bill... which Senate Republicans now have the votes to pass.
