A cyclist was struck and killed by a livery cab on Eastern Parkway early this morning. Police say a man was biking east between Underhill and Washington avenues at around 1:14 a.m. when he was hit by a livery cab traveling the same direction. The man was taken to Methodist Hospital where he was pronounced dead, while the driver of the livery cab remained on the scene. An NYPD spokesman said that currently there are no charges pending, and that the investigation is ongoing.
