A woman walking in Jamaica, Queens was attacked another woman making anti-Muslim remarks earlier this month.

The assault happened around 8:20 p.m. near Sutphin Boulevard and 109th Avenue on March 6th. The female suspect allegedly approached the 26-year-old victim, "made anti-Muslim remarks, and punched the victim on the side of her neck," according to the NYPD.

The suspect then fled north on Sutphin Boulevard. The Daily News reports the assailant said "f-----g Muslim" and told the victim she "stinks."

The NYPD's Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating. Investigators have released surveillance images and video of the suspect, who is wanted for aggravated harassment. She is described as having brightly colored hair and was last seen wearing a multi-colored jacket, a dark colored shirt, dark colored pants and boots.
