Investigators have released a creepy surveillance video of a person accused of forcibly touching a woman in Manhattan earlier this week.
According to the police, at around 3 a.m. on Tuesday, September 15th, "the suspect approached the victim in front of her residence located on 121 Street and began to touch her under her dress. The victim resisted the suspect, who then fled to parts unknown."
The suspect is described as about 30 years old, 5'11 and 165 pounds, and was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a black baseball cap, white and black Adidas sneakers, and a white filter mask. Here's the video of the suspect walking down the street:
