Police say the suspect is Daniel Nieto, 32, who is 5'2" and approximately 125 lbs with short black hair. He was reportedly wearing a white T-shirt, black vest jacket, brown pants and brown shoes. Depressingly, the Daily News reports, "Nieto was picked up on a trespassing charge, arraigned and released, according to cops.
