Police are looking for a suspect accused of attacking a man in his wheelchair, and then swiping his wallet in the Bronx.
According to the NYPD, the incident occurred at 10 p.m. this part Monday, November 2nd: The victim, a 52-year-old man in a wheelchair, was waiting for an elevator at a building on Southern Boulevard "when the suspect engaged him in conversation and then proceeded to knock him out of his wheelchair. Once on the floor, the suspect overpowered him and removed his wallet containing his identification and money."
The suspect fled, but a detective recognized him, identifying him as Jose Aguilar, 58. Police say Aguilar is 5'10" tall and weighs 250 pounds.
