Police busted three teenage adrenaline junkies on Sunday evening after they allegedly climbed a 15-story crane in Tribeca for kicks.

The Daily News reports that officers responding to a call about an emotionally disturbed person climbing a crane on West Street near Desbrosses Street at around 6:30 p.m. found the three boys way up there.

The cops reportedly surrounded the building and waited for the kids to come back down the boom, all toting cameras.

A witness told the tabloid that the intrepid youths made it all the way to the operator's booth at the top of the crane.

An NYPD spokesperson confirmed that cops on the scene arrested one of the youngsters, a 16-year-old from Edison, New Jersey, and charged him with trespassing. The other two, 14 and 15, faced juvenile charges, according to the News.

New York is one of two states in the country that charges all people as adults starting at age 16.
