A construction worker was injured after falling at 3 World Trade Center today. According to the FDNY, the incident happened around 1:25 p.m. when a 36-year-old male worker fell at the site and suffered "severe" injuries. Port Authority sources said that the victim was an iron worker, who slipped and fell "about 15 feet."

Port Authority added that the iron worker suffered head and arm injuries, and was taken to Bellevue Hospital. Earlier this month, a construction worker fell while working on 1 WTC; and in June, a construction worker was impaled on a piece of metal at 4 World Trade Center.
