A bus driver was doused with urine after getting into a fight with a passenger who had a child with him, police say.
According to the NYPD, the incident occurred on October 1, at 5:15 p.m.: A passenger boarded a BX12 bus at White Plains Road and Pelham Parkway, and then got into a verbal dispute with the bus operator. "[U]pon arrival at Pelham Bay Station, he threw an object containing urine at the bus operator."
The suspect fled and the driver, 58, was treated for irritation to his face and eyes at Jacobi Hospital.
Police released video of the suspect, described as being about 20 years old, 5'8" and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, blue jeans and dark-color footwear—and cops say he got on the bus with a five year-old boy.
