Police announced they arrested a second suspect in the series of Brooklyn sex attacks that have distressed residents. Joshua Flecha, 32, was arrested yesterday morning—the Daily News reports that he "was spotted early Monday skulking along a dark Windsor Terrace street. Cops thought he was trying to break into cars and nabbed him. They found his pants were unzipped and a porn video was playing on his cell phone, police said."

First, he was seen at Greenwood Avenue near East 4th Street at 2:30 a.m., but the Post says that cops found him at 17th Street between 10th and 11th Avenues 45 minutes later: "The cops got out of their car, approached Flecha and ordered him to put his hands on one of the parked cars...That's when the cops also noticed that Flecha bore a resemblance to the suspect sketch in a forcible touching incident in May."

Police think that Flecha may be the suspect involved with six attacks at the 7th Avenue subway station in Park Slope. Apparently one of the victims, who was assaulted on May 7, picked him out of a line-up. The Post says the May 7 incident was "when a male matching Flecha’s description approached a 37-year-old woman as she swiped her MetroCard at the 8th Avenue entrance to the F train at the 7th Avenue subway station. That's when he grabbed the woman's breasts, exposed himself and masturbated, police said."

Another suspect, Adolfo Martinez, was arrested last week for allegedly groping a woman in Sunset Park recently.
