A man believed to be drunk was fatally struck by a train in Queens early Saturday morning in a grisly scene which included dismembered body parts around the subway station.
According to police, the incident happened just after 1:20 a.m. this morning at the Junction Boulevard station. The 26-year-old victim was found unresponsive with severe body trauma on the northbound side of the 7 train platform. He was declared dead at the scene.
Police sources tell the News they believe the man was intoxicated and fell off the platform. They add: "A hand was discovered on top of the subway station entrance while a finger was found on the street of the scene, another police source said."
Cops add that no criminality is suspected, but the investigation is ongoing.
