A gun-wielding cyclist opened fire on three teenagers outside a Crown Heights apartment building last night, wounding two. Security camera video shows the three targeted teens walking up to a building on Crown Street near Utica Avenue when two cyclists in hoodies rolled by. According to the Daily News, the cyclist are then seen circling back, and one of them opened fire.

“The guy was right in front of me. He shot from the bicycle,” one witness tells the News. Police say a 19-year-old male was hit in the back and a 13-year-old male was shot in the buttocks. The surveillance video indicates that their friend may have heroically dragged one of the wounded teens inside the building as shots rang out. Both victims are hospitalized in serious but stable condition.

CrownHeights.info has great photos from the scene. The Post's sources say the bike and gun were recovered at the scene, but no arrests have been made. And the motive remains unclear, but we're sure someone at the Post will find a way to blame Citi Bike before the day's over.
