The man accused of trying to sexually assault a woman in a downtown Manhattan building lobby early Friday morning has been arrested after cops caught him urinating on a car in the same area.

Police say that suspect Rubicel Sanchez, 31, approached a 62-year-old woman around 1 a.m. on November 20th in the rear lobby of her building and attempted to rape her. The victim was able to fend off Sanchez, who was wearing a leather jacket with the "Batman" insignia on it; Sanchez then fled the scene.

Sanchez, who is homeless, was arrested around 9:15 p.m. Friday on East Broadway near Market Street after two officers say they spotted him peeing on a car. The arresting officers said they recognized Sanchez because they had seen him in the Batman jacket the week before, and tried to get him into an ambulance after finding him drunk also on Market Street.

Sanchez has been charged with attempted rape, burglary and sex abuse.
