We can't believe it's been two years since we became acquainted with the Christmas home decoration stylings of Gramercy Park resident Joel Krupnik. Back in 2005, a Christmas display with a bloody knife-wielding Santa, severed doll head and more outside his East 18th townhouse caused much commotion after the Post dubbed Krupnik "Bad Santa" and put a photograph on its cover.

Krupnik's 2007 display gets the Post up in a dander again, with the tab calling it "a bloody insult" and a "nightmare before Christmas." This year, a bloody Santa appears from a chimney that says, "WAR IS HELL. LET'S GET THE HELL OUT OF IRAQ." Some passers-by agree with the Post and think it's a bit extreme, but we have to say that the sentiment that war is hell is correct.

What do you think of the display? Would you rather that or a Dyker Heights light display? And Krupnik made himself even more infamous when he threw dog poop at a 13-year-old girl who did not scoop her pet's poo. Krupnik admitted, "I'm tired of these people not picking up after their dogs. I took the mess and I rubbed it in her back." He eventually pleaded guilty, getting 10 days community service and mental health counseling, plus being required to pay $88 to buy the girl a new jacket.
