Incredibly serious about enforcing the no talking on the cellphone while driving law, two police officers were about to ticket a man driving in the Bronx. As it turned out, David Vizcarrondo was calling 911 because his wife, Taisha Acosta, was having their baby in the front seat, with the couple's toddlers in the back seat. Officers Raquel Valentin and Roger Huacuz helped deliver the baby, rather than issue a summons. Aw. Little Sean Evans Vizcarrondo and his parents are doing well.
