This is a video of two Philadelphia police officers angrily accosting two men during a stop & frisk encounter last month. It is appalling.
Why were they stopped? "You don't say 'Hi' to strangers," Officer Philip Nace explains. Can you really be stopped for staying "hi" to someone walking down the street? "Why don't you shut the fuck up! Everyone thinks they're a fucking lawyer, and they don't know jack shit."
There really is no substitute for hearing the taxpayer-funded, Constitution-protecting voice of authority tell someone, "We don't want you here, anyway. All you do is weaken the fucking country."
