All's quiet on the local weather scene today. Look for a high in the mid 50s with high clouds arriving late in the afternoon.

The clouds are the first indication that a cold front is on our future. The low that's been stuck over Missouri for days is finally getting unstuck and moving eastward. Tomorrow should be cloudy and warm ahead of the storm, with an increasing chance of rain as the day progresses.

Rain is likely from late Thursday night through Friday. Friday's high will again be in the upper 50s. The air mass behind the cold front isn't very cool. It looks like we got us a mostly pleasant weekend, with a mix of sun, clouds, and seasonable temperatures, before rain returns on Monday.
