Today in New York anchor Darlene Rodriguez was in no mood to take personal questions as she left the courtroom where her husband, a former Weschester police officer, pleaded guilty to official misconduct for using his status to have sex with a 17-year-old girl. David Rodriguez was sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge and ordered to stay away from the victim for five years.
