Today in New York anchor Darlene Rodriguez was in no mood to take personal questions as she left the courtroom where her husband, a former Weschester police officer, pleaded guilty to official misconduct for using his status to have sex with a 17-year-old girl. After being asked by WABC reporter Michelle Charlesworth if her husband had apologized for his infidelity, Rodriguez allegedly tracked down Charlesworth's number and demanded an apology, telling her she was out of line. Charlesworth shot back to Rodriguez that "your anger is misplaced." The NY Post reports that a police source told them that the veteran cop's behavior was not an isolated incident, calling him "a known Lothario." David Rodriguez was sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge and ordered to stay away from the victim for five years.
